Nebraska wide receiver signee Malachi Coleman caught two touchdowns Friday night at the Polynesian Bowl all-star event in Honolulu.
Coleman, a Lincoln East product and Top 100 recruit, caught both of his touchdown passes from Arizona signee Brayden Dorman. The first, a 9-yarder, came on a look-in route in the end zone. The second score was a 35-yard skinny post in which Coleman ran by double coverage.
At the bowl practices, 247 Sports analysts said Coleman was one of the top five players on offense.

Friday night's performance underlined Coleman's considerable potential, best seen during his junior football and track seasons. Coleman was banged up for much of his senior year.
